Description of the image

The Skin Nutrients that Dr. Lynch suggested I try made a noticeable difference in my skin and overall sense of well-being. I have struggled with skin issues for years and Skin Nutrients really helped me. I am a different person since taking Dr. Lynch's skin supplement. I wish I had known about it sooner.† - Logan R.

Healthy skin is desired by us all.

Why?

Healthy skin is foundational to self-confidence and emotional well-being.

Supporting healthy skin requires a variety of nutrients (in high amounts), healthy hormone levels, a healthy liver and gut microbiome.

Assess each statement below. If you relate to one or more, then Skin Nutrients may be the skin support supplement you need:

  • I often get pimples and I’d like to experience healthy looking skin.
  • I want to support having healthy skin on my face, back, and chest.
  • I’m a teenager struggling to have skin like I used to when I was younger.
  • As an adult, I’m experiencing outbreaks at times and would like to support healthy skin.
  • I’ve tried countless things to have healthy skin and not seeing the results I expect.
  • I am looking for a natural approach to healthy skin.
  • I’m looking for skin support that will also work as my multivitamin.

If a number of these resonated with you, then Skin Nutrients is what you’re looking for.

If none of these relate to you, then Skin Nutrients is not something you need right now.

Key Ingredients

Inside the Uncompromising Quality of Our Ingredients

  • DIM (diindolylmethane)
A byproduct of indole-3-carbinol, helps to support healthy estrogen balance.
  • Antioxidants
Oxidative stress is associated with unhealthy skin. Vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium, riboflavin, royal jelly and PQQ support healthy antioxidant levels.
  • Zinc
Supports the healthy and normal functioning of cells responsible for immune response, inflammatory signaling, and oxidative stress. Aids in cortisol regulation and utilization of B vitamins.
  • Vitamin A
This essential vitamin is critical for healthy fetal development. Most prenatals do not use retinyl palmitate, the active form of vitamin A. Dr. Lynch uses this form of vitamin A as it supports healthy eye, skin, bone, and immune system health in both the mother and developing baby.

Important: Skin Nutrients replaces your multivitamin, trace minerals and B complex. Unless advised otherwise by your health professional, stop using these.

Skin Nutrients purposely does not include certain nutrients as they are known to aggravate and promote unhealthy skin. These nutrients are vitamin B12, folate, biotin and B6.

Skin health is not achieved by putting stuff on your face.

That said, supporting skin health from the outside, and from the inside, is highly recommended.

When testing Skin Nutrients on teenagers and young adults, I did not ask them to change their diet or do anything else.

Most subjects reported very quick results. Skin showed a healthy tone and moisture levels. With that, they smiled more and had a brighter outlook on life.

This led to further motivation on their part to take steps to improve their skin even more.

Here are additional steps one can take to achieve healthy skin:

  • Chlorine shower filter: chlorine is damaging and drying to skin cells. Buy a chlorine shower filter and get it installed. You’ll also notice healthier hair from this. Change it out every 6 months.
  • Gallbladder Nutrients: healthy bile production and bile flow are incredibly important for healthy skin. Take 2 capsules before dinner. If you need more, take 2 capsules before lunch and 2 capsules before dinner. You want to have well-formed, easy to pass stools. Find the serving size that works best for you.

ProBiota HistaminX: a healthy microbiome is a must for healthy skin. High histamine is associated with acne and skin issues (what isn’t high histamine associated with?). Take 1 capsule after dinner every night.

  • Optimal Fish Oil: take 1 capsule after dinner every night.

Of course, eating healthy foods is a must. That takes work and effort. Don’t focus on this at first. Support the health of your skin by using Skin Nutrients. This alone will motivate you further to eat healthier.

Find yourself still eating junk food, drinking too much alcohol and not very motivated? Consider Dopamine Nutrients to support a healthy response to cravings.

You may be seeking a dopamine hit from foods and drinks. These ‘dopamine hits’ are horrible for your skin and you know that.

It’s hard to curb cravings and desires when you’re low dopamine. Some people are genetically programmed to have low dopamine.

My son with acne has this issue. I first designed Skin Nutrients for him. We saw great results without any changes to his food. I so wanted him to change his diet but that didn’t happen.

I realized that he is genetically prone to low dopamine..

That drove me to formulate Dopamine Nutrients.

Once he started the combination of Skin Nutrients and Dopamine Nutrients, he really saw the health of his skin supported. Why? He no longer had the junk food cravings. He chose to eat better. The dopamine-seeking food hits lessened.

If you’re experiencing junk food cravings, and low motivation, you, too, may have low dopamine.

Support healthy dopamine levels with Dopamine Nutrients.

These recommendations above, combined with Skin Nutrients, may be exactly what you, or your kid, desperately need.

My kid is now beaming with self-confidence and improved self-esteem.

It’s amazing how important healthy skin is.
